configure mac mini server and DNS management for simple web domain hosting and small workgroup VPN access

The attached document outlines specification for a server architecture which needs to be set up for small organization to allow files and applications sharing for a geographically distributed team. The service is to be provided remotely via telephone or Skype. The configuration/modification of the mac mini server is to be done by remotely accessing the hardware. No physical presence on site is required. Some assistance during initial period of 2 weeks after the completion of the project is required, for troubleshooting and tuning.
