Angular 2 Application using existing API

We currently have a RestAPI service written on NET Core and are in the need of a front end written in Angular 2.
It must be modular, our current API comes with different catalogs and Angular 2 components should be grouped by modules based on similar functionality.
The ideal candidate will also implement a proper architecture in case we need to add other modules in the future.
Right now we only need to implement the following:
Login Page - (basic user/pwd login)
PreFlight Page - (after successful login the user will select an operation center)
Dashboard Page - A workspace for the user, action menu on the left, working area on the right. Users will click an item on the menu and the corresponding form/data will be displayed.
API already deals with most of the request and replies in JSON. No need to implement any backend code.
Access to the API will be granted and a non-disclosure agreement will be requested.
