I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed. I need a program developed to edit compilation videos on Facebook and or other social media sites. I want to be able to select one clip (section) of the video to share instead of the whole video. Another option is when you tag someone you can write 1.30 and it will take you to that exact part in the video DO NOT QUOTE IF YOU HAVE NOT READ WHEN YOU MESSAGE ME EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT I WANT DONE SO I KNOW YOU UNDERSTAND
