I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using Java. I need you to develop a simple code base to create, teleport, move(velocity) and destroy a fake entity. It also should be possible to specify which UUID, skin(only player) and name the fake Entity has. The whole project should be made using protocolLib.
