Computer Telephony integration

Hi. I wish to integrate virtual agent ( chatbot ) built on google's dialogflow with existing Avaya IVR. Need help to understand how the process will flow and how call recording & audio streaming will take place. I have uploaded a document showing the existing scenario. need to change or update this with dialogflow chatbot.
