Customization of Xml data to match Xml Schema

I would like this software to be developed for Windows. I need someone to customize the Xml which is exported from a PDF fillable (interactive) form so that it matches my Xml schema. Currently, my pdf forms have a submit button with an action to email as a .xfdf file, which can be opened as a pdf and also viewed at xml. But the Xml needs to be customized to match my xml schema. I need the file created that will cause my xml to be customized so it matches my xml schema. I also need you to send me a full list of instructions on how I proceed to edit my own forms so they export with the correct customized Xml using my schema too. So that I can then set it up on my own system in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (pdf form) and create my own pdf forms that will work with this same schema customisation file.
