Fix problems with HA Proxy process restarting/reloading on CENTOS 7

I recently upgraded to CENTOS 7 and installed HA proxy load balancer via YUM. Am running 3 instances of the ha proxy using 3 config files. But am unable to restart/reload or control these instances properly. I need someone with experience with HA proxy and CENTOS 7 to fix this. Previously I have been running similar setup of the ha proxy instances on centos 5/6 without issues. With centos 7, the whole process control for the ha proxy is messed up.
