Looking for a Matlab program to compare two sets of data using time as the variable. I would feed the code two sets of server performance data (already normalized) and would like to know if they are a close match. Please see the attached example inputs and outputs I am looking for in Matlab. I want to compare server data from a server farm i manage to predict potential future issues. Would like each line to be commented so i can better understand the math behind the code.
