C# Programmer required for Motion Detection Custom Software

Hi I'm a business owner who creates interactive artworks. I had some motion detection software developed for me. I want to be able to use this software on my new HP Laptop Model 14-bk063sa. I also want to establish what files and folders relate to the program and what can be trashed. (Its a mess) I have attached some screen grabs of the folders.

I see on your attachment you are in OSX based machine. Do you need this software executed under OSX? I am sure your current apps is for Windows based machine. Let me know if I am wrong before we discuss further
I have learned all of the 'c' languages like c# c++ and c. I haven't had many jobs for this site so I may not be the best candidate.
