I am an Agile Product Owner / UX Designer for a startup called [url removed, login to view] and I am currently in the process of preparing our version 2 development. But before I carry out the core new work and take on new team members for our product, I want to ensure we have a Podio environment that centralises all of our work and also adheres to the Agile methodology. So I have created a hierarchical diagram of how the Podio environment should be set up in Podio, and subsequently used (see attachment below).
Some of the main tasks that I require to be consulted on are:
• Calculations using Synced Unique IDs across apps and;
• Automated Workflows e.g. when an item is created in "Task", "Bug", "Issue" or "QA" app, then the whole item and its field's should be created in the "Sprint Backlog" as well.
The purpose of having Tasks, Bugs, Issues and QA's created in separate apps is they have separate work to carry out but I would like to be able to see all of the aforementioned in one app in the "Cards" layout displayed with Columns based on "Status" and Rows based on "Priority". This way I can filter and prioritise what work needs to be done in each sprint.
And if the item is updated in the SprintBacklog, then the item should also update in their respective Task, Bug, Issue and QA app as well.
