We need a software where that can analysis resume from doc, JPG(Using OCR) and pdf file from folder as well email id with a time limit set, and time to time as like in evry our he analysis the email id
This software will work on vendor amd their staff base
Other one data not conflict with other vendor, if the permission is not granted by admin
From the file we need data in format by

8. Father name
9. Duplicate detection, if duplicate shows last file and current file.. Which one they need to submit

12. This software should be integrated with php and resume and there's details submitted on their
13. When it works on mail id fetch data on daily bases. He will show the resume time also uploaded on the software with email id where a vendor tracks the data as required.
