Job Description:

SRS – Weight Scale c#.net project data capture from com port

1) Modules

a) Operator Modules with Admin

b) Party Master/Management for inward and outward

c) Weight capture Module

d) Reporting Module

2) Explanation of modules

1.a)

Operator Module/Admin ----

This module is only accessible to admin where admin can create user/operator for the software or manage the same.

1.b)

Party Master/Management ----

This module is accessible to all where Party will be created for inward or outward. Details Party are like - Party Name, Address, contact/mobile number and Party Type – inward or outward.

1.c)

Weight capture Module ---- This module is accessible to all where weight will be captured against the Party and log will be saved to db and print a receipt slip for the same.

Inward --

1. First(1) weight will be captured saved and print a receipt to receipt printer. (Loaded)

2. Second(2) weight will be captured saved and print a receipt to receipt printer with details transection.(After Unloaded)

3. ------------ Process ------- First party will be selected, vehicle registration number will be entered then capture the weight from com port then save/print.

If somehow if print fail it able to reprint the receipt.

Outward --

1. First(1) weight will be captured saved and print a receipt to receipt printer. (Before Loaded)

2. Second(2) weight will be captured saved and print a receipt to receipt printer with details transection.(After loaded)

3. ------------ Process ------- First party will be selected, vehicle registration number will be entered then capture the weight from com port then save/print.

If somehow if print fail it able to reprint the receipt.

1.d)

Reporting Module ----

This module is accessible to all where Party wise, Date to Date wise report in pdf and excel is required. Like - Total inward against party with details with date range , Total inward details with date range.

System Operation flow -----

Once user login -- system prompt user to select mode Inward or Outward if select any of that it will work on the same flow .
