We need a Call Centre solution that will be used as a communications center that provides a single point of contact (SPOC) between a company and its customers, employees and business partners. Purpose of the solution is to ensure that customers receive appropriate help and necessary updated information in a timely manner.
The system shall:
• Allow agents (with different privileges) to login, add details and save and/or submit form.
• Allow Agents to select/view/edit records and generate different type of reports.
• Send SMS to customers with provided content
• Allow managers see what is assigned to them in their window when they login
• Allow Managers and Authorized Personnel to view/ send/print reports
• Allow auto-popup remainders, handles requests, incidents, problems and changes.
