Custom desktop software with inbuilt browser to automate form submissions online

1, Scope is to build a Desktop software to automate the process to fill and upload few documents to an online form on a website. 2, The access is limited to one user at a time. The new installation will need a new key and the old will be invalid(no multi-sign in options) 3, User should be able to add an excel database to the portal to collect when in need of form filling. 4, the User should be able to add pdf copy invoice to the application which allows OCR to recognize the contents needed. 5, the User should be able to assign the fields to add the key points whichever necessary and the app should remember it. 6, the Application should be able to automate the form filling process with 100% accuracy. 7, Application should pick required documents and combine them as PDf to be uploaded to the assigned portal automatically 8, the User should be able to assign the process based on differences in documents and the application should follow it. 9, Application will submit the form and create an auto-generated report followed by capturing the submission reference
