This is a rough draft of a system we want to develop.
An Interactive Sales Platform.
We are looking to develop and interactive sales platform.
This is to different to your typical CRM systems.
We would like to develop this system as a SAS (Software as a Service) The service should be able to be resident on a Tablet (Apple, Android and Windows) due to the fact, that not always is there connectivity available during a presentation.
We would have a system administrator setup in the cloud (for example Amazon) where we would open accounts for our customers and configure their system.
This would vary depending on their business model.
In this area, we would setup the questions that need to be asked, the products that need to be loaded, the options/choices, the what if’s etc. etc. everything need to make the system flexible and adaptable for customers.
How does it work?
A trained sales person will use a tablet to make a direct, face to face presentation of his product and/or services.
For this, he will use a specific application that enables him to interact with his customer.
He will engage his customer (the tablet should be big, the bigger the better, we are thinking of IPAD PRO 13”).
He will assist the customer in going through the set-up sales system. In this system, we will have applied a series of rules that depending on the type of product will differ.
The customer will be able to see customer videos that are prepared and loaded on the tablet.
He will be able to interact with his environment using AR (Augmented Reality).
The system will help the customer pick between different products, make side by side comparisons.
Generate a report of the presentation with the final results under a link he will need to get from.
In order to get the report, the customer will have to give his consent. Once he has, we will be able to push adverstising through google or whatever other sales systems. So when the customer goes online, he will see ads of our products.
The goal of the system is to shorten the sales cycle, increase the stickiness with a unique customer experience.
Depending on the choices the customer makes, the system will provide him with different kinds of information.
The idea is to convey an incredibly modern image to customers, but that engage them very quickly.
The system will be compromised of a “tablet” visual material that will be printed specifically, also 3d printed NFC models that iluminate once they are put in certain places.
The system also includes AR (Augmented Reality) in order to display the products in a given setup.
This should also be used to project data, for example, if we are selling financial products or other services.
The system should provide information over the different stages of a sale.
Graphs, ratios, alerts, alarms, interface to email applications like mail chimp through an API.
Among many features, the system should include, customer referrals, prediction analysis, artificial intelligence based on choice made (over time) statistics, crm type functionalities for sales.
Real time geophrafical reporting for offices
The system would send all information to a central location where this information can be customized and displayed over several monitors in an office, much like a brokerage.
This would include the sales funnel, actual sales, different stages of the sales, number of sales people in the field, prediction etc.
The system provides statistics of the different steps.
These are to be setup in the system. For example, we will analyse the entire sales process, then we break it down into individual steps. These little steps are then given a certain code. These codes are then tracked during the entire process.
For example, when somebody goes on a “cold” sale, they would have to open an account, type in the customer name / shop or business, if the customer would go through a presentation, then we would track following:
1)Walk in door customer adquisitions.
2)Customer agrees to do presentation.
3) Different steps in the presentation
4) Customer is interested in buying
5) Customer is interested in financing
6) Customer tells us what would be acquisition date
7) Customer want a report (different types of reports)
