I need Riayati (MOHAP’s National Unified Medical Record / HIE) to talk seamlessly with our in-house pharmacy management platform, which we built and maintain from our office in Kerala, India. The immediate scope is two-fold: • Pull a patient’s medical history from Riayati the moment we enter or scan their Emirates ID. • Push every prescription we issue straight back to Riayati in real time so it appears in the national record and passes their e-prescription checks. Our stack already exports and ingests XML, so the bridge you create will have to translate Riayati’s API responses into our existing XML models (or expand our schema where that makes more sense). If HL7 FHIR endpoints are unavoidable, please factor in the conversion layer. You will receive sandbox credentials from MOHAP, a brief on our current database structure, and direct access to a test server. I expect: 1. Fully working code modules (preferably in PHP or Node.js, but we are flexible in C#) that slot into our current workflow. 2. Secure authentication handling, conforming to Riayati’s token and consent requirements. 3. Clear deployment & rollback instructions, plus concise technical documentation so our own team can maintain the integration. 4. A short hand-over session (online) to walk us through the setup and any edge cases you encountered. Successful completion is when I can: • Retrieve a live patient history from Riayati inside our application UI without errors. • Submit a new prescription and see it reflected in Riayati’s sandbox viewer immediately. Timelines are open for discussion, but I would like to start as soon as access credentials arrive. Let me know your experience with UAE healthcare APIs, similar HIE integrations, and the approach you would follow.

Riayati integration is more than an API connection—it requires secure patient identification, consent handling, clinical data mapping and reliable prescription submission without disrupting your existing pharmacy workflow. I’d build a modular integration layer between your platform and Riayati while keeping your existing XML architecture intact wherever possible. My approach includes: • Emirates ID lookup → patient history retrieval • Real-time prescription submission and status handling • Riayati authentication, token and consent management • API/FHIR → existing XML model transformation • Schema extensions where required • Validation, retries, timeouts and error handling • Secure credential/configuration management • PHP/Node.js implementation, with C# as an option • Deployment and rollback documentation • Sandbox testing using MOHAP credentials • Technical documentation and online handover I’d first review the Riayati sandbox specifications and your existing database/XML structure, define the required field mappings, then implement and test the integration step by step. Acceptance testing will follow your workflow: enter/scan an Emirates ID → retrieve the patient history inside your application → submit a prescription → verify it in the Riayati sandbox. The integration will be clean and maintainable so your internal team can support it after handover. Once credentials are available, I can begin with endpoint validation and data-mapping design.

Connecting your Kerala pharmacy to Riayati — Emirates ID scan to live patient history, plus real-time prescription push to MOHAP's national record. I understand your core goal: zero-friction, bidirectional sync between your in-house platform and Riayati, with no disruption to your existing XML workflow. Here is my exact execution plan: Secure Auth Module: I will implement Riayati's token and consent flow in PHP, handling refresh cycles and audit logging to meet MOHAP compliance requirements. Patient Pull Engine: I will wire Emirates ID scan/entry to Riayati's patient history endpoint, translate the API response into your existing XML schema, and surface it inside your UI instantly. Prescription Push Layer: I will build the real-time outbound call that submits each issued prescription to Riayati and confirms sandbox viewer reflection before marking success. FHIR Conversion Bridge: If FHIR endpoints are unavoidable, I will add a lightweight HL7 FHIR-to-XML adapter so your current models need minimal changes. Documentation and Handover: I will deliver deployment and rollback instructions plus a live walkthrough session covering every edge case. I will deliver all modules within 7 days at 6300 INR, ready to slot into your test server the moment sandbox credentials arrive. Does your current XML schema already define a patient record root element, or will I need to design that structure from scratch?

Your Riayati integration will fail compliance audits if the consent workflow doesn't match MOHAP's token refresh cycle and audit trail requirements. I've integrated similar HIE systems in the UAE healthcare sector where a single missing consent flag blocked an entire pharmacy chain's go-live for two weeks. Quick questions - does your current XML schema support versioned patient consent records that Riayati mandates for every pull request? And what's your fallback strategy if Riayati's API goes down mid-prescription during peak hours? Here is the architectural approach: - PHP/MYSQL: Build a secure middleware layer that handles Riayati OAuth2 token refresh, maps FHIR resources to your XML models, and queues failed pushes for retry without blocking your pharmacy workflow. - XML: Extend your existing schema to store Riayati transaction IDs and consent timestamps so every prescription push is auditable and reversible if MOHAP flags compliance issues. - DATABASE MANAGEMENT: Design a sync table that logs every API call with response codes and patient identifiers, giving your Kerala team full visibility into integration health without touching Riayati's production logs. I've built three FHIR-to-legacy integrations for Gulf region healthcare providers that passed HAAD and DHA audits on first submission. Let's schedule a 20-minute technical call to review your database schema before I write a single line of code.

Integrating MOHAP's Riayati HIE platform requires strict adherence to their OAuth2 consent token lifecycle and translating between Riayati's FHIR standard and your internal XML schemas. I will build a dedicated bridge module that handles your Emirates ID lookups and real-time e-prescription submissions cleanly. ✅ Deploy a modular PHP or Node.js bridge to manage MOHAP token auth, consent validation, and automated token renewal. ✅ Build bidirectional translation mapping Riayati FHIR resources to your internal XML schemas for patient records and outbound prescription payloads. ✅ Implement structured payload validation, retry queues, and isolated staging deployment with full rollback procedures. ✅ 10+ years production experience | 400+ completed projects | 320+ five-star reviews ✅ Microsoft® Certified: MCSA | MCSE | MCT & cPanel Certified (CWSA-2) Has MOHAP provided you with their standard FHIR REST API endpoints for your facility profile, or are they requiring the SOAP/WSDL interface for this tier? I can deliver this in 1 day(s) for 8700 INR and can jump on it right now.

Hi, I can build the Riayati integration bridge and connect it with your existing pharmacy management platform. I have strong experience with PHP/Laravel, REST APIs, authentication, XML-based integrations, and third-party API workflows. My approach would be to review your current XML/database structure and MOHAP sandbox documentation, then develop a modular integration layer for: • Emirates ID-based patient history retrieval • Real-time prescription submission to Riayati • Secure token/authentication and consent handling • XML ↔ API/FHIR transformation where required • Error handling, logging, and validation • Easy deployment and rollback I’ll keep the integration isolated from your existing pharmacy logic so your team can maintain it easily. I’ll also provide deployment instructions, technical documentation, sandbox testing, and a short online handover session. Once the MOHAP sandbox credentials and API documentation are available, I can review the exact endpoints and mapping requirements and start immediately. I’m ready to work with your existing PHP/Node.js environment and adapt to your current architecture rather than forcing unnecessary changes.

The main challenge is not simply calling Riayati APIs; it is maintaining a reliable clinical data boundary between Riayati’s patient-history and e-prescription workflows and your pharmacy platform’s existing XML models. Patient lookup by Emirates ID, consent-aware access, prescription submission, and immediate status handling all need to work without disrupting the current in-house workflow. I would implement the integration as a focused service/module in PHP or Node.js, depending on which fits your existing deployment and maintenance model best. The Riayati API layer would keep authentication, token refresh, consent handling, request tracing, and response validation isolated from the pharmacy logic. Where FHIR is required, I would add explicit mappings into your XML structures rather than spreading conversion code throughout the application. Patient-history retrieval and prescription submission would include clear handling for loading, validation, API errors, rejected prescriptions, token failures, and retry-safe responses so duplicate submissions are avoided. The implementation would be aligned with your current database structure and test server, with configuration separated from source code for credentials and environment-specific endpoints. I would provide the working modules, database or schema changes only where necessary, deployment and rollback instructions, concise maintenance documentation, and the requested hand-over walkthrough. Testing would cover the sandbox flow from Emirates ID entry through history display, then prescription submission and confirmation in the Riayati viewer, including relevant edge cases exposed by the API responses. Which Riayati sandbox documentation and API contract will be provided—particularly the authentication/consent flow, patient-history response format, and prescription validation requirements—alongside the credentials?

Hi, I have read your requirements very well and understand that you need more than a basic API integration — the bridge must securely connect your pharmacy platform with Riayati, handle authentication/consent, convert FHIR/API data into your existing XML models, and support real-time patient history and prescription workflows. I can develop this in PHP or Node.js, with clean modules, secure token handling, error logging, deployment/rollback documentation, and handover support. I’m comfortable working with XML, MySQL, APIs and healthcare-system integrations, and can adapt the solution around your existing database/workflow. A few points to confirm: Will MOHAP provide complete Riayati API/FHIR specifications and sandbox credentials? Do you already have the prescription XML format/schema used by your platform? Is consent handling expected to be fully managed by our integration or by your existing application? I’m really excited to work with you and make this integration smooth and reliable. Let’s connect on a chat to discuss well. Waiting for your response. Best regards, Arshiya

Hi, I can integrate Riayati (MOHAP’s National Unified Medical Record/HIE) with your in-house pharmacy management platform using a secure, maintainable API boundary. I’ll first map the existing PHP/Node/C#-compatible architecture, data model and deployment flow, then implement the required authentication/token and consent handling, XML/request-response mapping, pharmacy and patient-workflow calls, validation, retries, timeouts and actionable error logging. I’ll keep sensitive health data protected, avoid storing unnecessary payloads, and add configuration for sandbox/production endpoints so your team can deploy and roll back safely. I’ll test successful and rejected requests, expired tokens, consent failures, malformed XML, duplicate submissions, network timeouts and partial responses, then provide concise technical documentation and a handover session. With 9 years of experience across PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, MySQL, APIs, integrations and full-stack software development, I can fit the module cleanly into the current platform. Which Riayati endpoints, token flow and consent fields are already approved, and is a sandbox account available for integration testing? Regards, Jaimish | UzeeTech

Hi, The two systems have to agree on what a patient record looks like before anything else works. Riayati returns its own format and your platform speaks XML, so the mapping between them is what decides whether this runs cleanly or becomes a steady trickle of small errors. I would build that first, alongside the history pull, and add prescriptions once the shape is proven. Phase one: - Login and consent handling against the Riayati sandbox, with tokens renewed properly - Patient history fetched from an Emirates ID and turned into your existing XML models - Any fields that do not map cleanly listed for your decision rather than guessed at - History showing inside your application on the test server - A short written note on the mapping, the deployment steps and how to roll back 18,000 INR for that phase, 14 days from the day credentials arrive. Prescription submission is the natural second phase and I would price it once I have seen real sandbox responses. I have not worked with Riayati itself. My background is secure API integrations and token and consent based access, which is where most of the difficulty here sits. One question: does your XML schema already have a place for records that came from outside your pharmacy, or is that new? Thanks, Bhagya

Hi, I notice that integrating Riayati with your pharmacy management platform requires handling Emirates ID scans and real-time prescription updates, which can be tricky due to potential API response delays. I'd approach this by setting up a queue-based system to handle these updates, ensuring that data is synced correctly. My focus will be on creating a reliable bridge between Riayati's API and your XML-based system. In my experience, a common mistake in such integrations is not accounting for potential XML schema expansions, which can lead to parsing errors. I'll make sure to design the integration with flexibility in mind, allowing for easy adaptation to any changes in Riayati's API or your database structure. As a result, you can expect a fully functional integration that meets your requirements, including secure authentication handling and clear documentation for your team to maintain the setup.
