Deliverable A compiled 64-bit Windows executable (plus source code) that I can drop onto any modern Windows machine, run without extra dependencies, and stop with a single click or command-line switch. Build it in the language you prefer—C#, C++, or even Rust—so long as the final binary is stable and straightforward to operate. Acceptance I will verify that: 1.
