The Technical Support Representative is the primary point of contact for technical support and customer service. The Technical Support Representative will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that customers may experience with the product.
Respond to incoming customer requests and inquiries related to products or services
Answer questions about company products, policies, and procedures
Provide technical support for company’s products by identifying problems using a variety of diagnostic tools
Escalate issues to higher levels of support as needed
Troubleshoot problems with hardware, software, and systems
Research solutions to problems in order to provide accurate information to customers
Assist other team members in solving complex problems
Participate in training sessions on new products or technologies as needed
Excellent communicator who can listen and empathize with customers - Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail - Self starter who can work independently - Ability to work well
