Original Sound Effect Design for a Farming Videogame

I am interested in having 10 original SFX created for a videogame I have been developing for the past 3 years. I am interested in potentially offering more SFX work if I am super happy with the results. It is a creature breeding / farming style game similar to Harvest Moon or Stardew Valley. I have included examples very similar to the desired SFX that need to be created in the .zip file in this post. I would need full commercial rights to the sound effects. The 10 effects needed include; Pickaxe Hitting Rocks, Using Scythe on Weeds, Planting Seeds, Watering Can, Picking Items, etc. The design must be an original creation and of professional quality.
