I need a fascia-gun style massager built to factory standard and ready for production. The core requirements are clear: • 24 V carbon-fiber specification with a brushless motor • Dual power options—both rechargeable battery and direct power supply • “American” exterior colour theme • LCD touch-screen controls • ABS + silicone body shell for a premium, non-slip feel • Primary function is deep-tissue muscle relaxation Your task is to take these specifications and secure a turnkey solution: design verification, component selection, prototype samples, and a path to mass manufacture. If you already work with OEM lines or have established contacts for small-batch runs, that’s ideal; otherwise I’m open to your network. CAD refinement, BOM creation, compliance advice, and logistics coordination should all be factored in. Please outline how you would approach sourcing the brushless motor, integrating the dual power system, and ensuring the LCD interface is both responsive and durable. If you have past examples of handheld wellness devices or similar consumer electronics, those references will help me gauge fit quickly.

Hi there, Hi there, I am a skillful 3D designer. I have experience in modelling in FreeCAD and Blender. I have seen the pictures that you provided. I can make the gun style massager with specific dimensions that you want. * The brushless motor will be set before the opening on which the masseger item will be connected. * The battery will be set up in the handle of the massager and the direct power supply system will be set behind or bottom of the massager. * The LCD screen will be set outside of the massager before the main massager will be connected. Revision is unlimited. You will get after finishing the project: - 3D CAD file - 2D drawing - Export file format (STEP, STL, OBJ etc.) - Source file - Rendering file/photos (if needed) Best Regards Fahim
