Quality fabrics, a sharp price point, and realistic delivery windows matter to us in equal measure, so every step—fabric check, costing, and scheduling—must balance those three priorities. What you’ll hand over: • A vetted shortlist of at least three factories able to reproduce our reference styles (or close variants) with MOQ, unit cost in USD, lead time, and fabric composition clearly stated. • Photos or videos of current production lines plus any third-party certifications. • Samples couriered to our office for final touch-and-feel approval. • Once we green-light a supplier, support through price negotiation, purchase order, and freight arrangement up to FOB or CIF Nhava Sheva (our preference). • A quick QC report—fabric GSM, stitching accuracy, colour fastness—to prove the bulk output will match the samples we sign off. You may use Alibaba, Made-in-China, direct factory networks, or your own on-ground contacts; the channel is less important than the end result. Communication can run via email, WeChat, or WhatsApp—whatever keeps updates flowing smoothly. If you already have existing dress makers who understand Western sizing and can ship small trial lots quickly, mention them—the project can move fast once the right partners are in place.
