What you’ll hand over: • A vetted shortlist of at least three factories able to reproduce our reference styles (or close variants) with MOQ, unit cost in USD, lead time, and fabric composition clearly stated. • Photos or videos of current production lines plus any third-party certifications. • Samples couriered to our office for final touch-and-feel approval. • Once we green-light a supplier, support through price negotiation, purchase order, and freight arrangement up to FOB or CIF Nhava Sheva (our preference). • A quick QC report—fabric GSM, stitching accuracy, colour fastness—to prove the bulk output will match the samples we sign off.
