Seeking a sourcer/recruiter to support a US based healthcare staffing agency.
Must have demonstrated sourcing experience within the healthcare industry to extract qualified medical professionals, knowledge of data mining, Boolean string searches, passive candidate tools, Primary job board sourcing such as Linked In, Indeed, Career Builder, Zip Recruiter and other free job boards/tools.
ATS management, ability to make introduction emails, phone calls, and conduct initial interviews , prepare initial candidate profiles, request, verify, and package credentials required in a timely manner. Excellent English ability, both written and spoken. Extremely responsive with great work ethic and productivity that can be maintained independently. Ability to solve problems and make suggestions for improvement within the recruiting cycle.
Outstanding ability to build relationships with potential candidates and team building skills.
Experience reviewing, analyzing, and rewritten healthcare provider resumes. Tracking and managing timelines for open job orders. Documenting job order progress and recruitment activity. Posting new jobs in ATS system, on job boards, and on social media platforms and special interest groups to attract talent.
