I am looking to create a database to manually control my inventory and accounting for sales on Amazon and other venues.
1. Inventory Control: I want to be able to san or input a UPC and have the description and ASIN auto fill (if it exists) on [url removed, login to view], ability to input cost, quantity, where purchased, when purchased and our SKU.
2. Simple Sales Input: Once we make a sale inputs that will allow us to input the sales Id or Market Order Number, venue (ebay, amazon, craigslist, etc), amount sold for, market fees, Shipping Money Received (if applicable), shipping fees spent (if applicable), and the ability to pull up inventory on this screen by UPS, ASIN, or our SKU.
3. Misc. Inventory Removal: Ability to remove inventory as needed due to damage, donation, etc and have it accounted for in both the physical inventory and weekly, monthly accounting.
4. Misc. Expense and Credit Input: Ability to input Misc. expenses such as office supplies and ability to account for Misc. Credits.
A: Inventory: Ability to generate physical inventory report with cost value and age of inventory.
B. Financial Reports: Sales Reports, Simple P & L Report showing money sales, money spent on market fees, cost of goods sold, mark downs/ write offs, etc.
