The purpose of the application is to track current activities. A master detail grid allows the users to take actions on activities. The action you can take depends on the status of the activity.

Here another role needs to step in to validate that the invoice was paid (in the meantime status = not paid)
5. RecievePayment (paymentInfo, date)\Activity will now be closed and saved (it cannot be reopened)
