MS Engineer - configure SQL Server for 2012 Windows Server on NAT setup

1. Can't communicate with sql server from IIS .
2. Need to change Nameservers from Winhost to 1&1
3. Install the SQL scripts to make sure websites are running correctly
Windows machine is Windows Server 2012 Virtual Machine. Host Machine is Linux (CentOS6). Network is NAT setup, cannot do bridged. Hosting provider is 1&1. SQL server is 2008, 2012 is installed.
