Stat Tracking data base for Online Gaming League

I am currently heading up an online gaming league on the X Box console. We run leagues in several different sports. I am looking for someone to write a program that is capable of keeping game stats, season stats, and individual stats in many different catagories. I would like for the stats to update once they are entered. Every member will be responsible for entering his own stats after games are played.
I have a link to a website that has something like I'm looking for that is owned by a different league. If I'm not mistaken that program runs on Excel. If you have anymore question let me know.

A nice and handy PHP based interface will allow you to enter data from wherever you are. The interface is manageable, as it will allow you to customize data entry, i.e. you create the sport, the league etc.
