Data on the social and sexual networks of HIV-positive and HIV-negative pregnant and breastfeeding women attending antenatal care (ANC) clinics in Lusaka, Zambia. Audio computer-assisted self-interview (ACASI) gather information on social and sexual networks of the participants. The structure, function, and composition of their networks will be examined using egocentric social network analysis (SNA) techniques.
Study Outcomes: To identify the characteristics that contribute significantly to the formation of sexual partnerships and the differences in distribution of factors across the ego-centric networks of HIV-negative and HIV-positive pregnant and breastfeeding women.
The data has been collected using EGONET software.
