I'm doing my Master in Business and writing a dissertation on a Micro finance topic (Empirical analysis of all-equity firms).
I'm looking for someone who can help me out with my analysis part, where I probably will have to run logistic regressions in SPSS. So I need advise on how to run the regressions in SPSS with my defined variables. I have a dataset with around 100,000 observations. Also help on interpretation of the results would be great.
The Tasks would be paid on an hourly basis as I cannot estimate the total amount of work.
So in general, I do not need someone for ghostwriting, but an academic partner to discuss content, methodology and analysis with. Please let me know about your academic degrees and experiences with Corporate Finance and/or Statistics + SPSS.
For the first part(milestone), I have this large set of data from many firms (microfinance institutions). The data is across many years 1996-2011 and firms come and go and the data is often not complete.
now i want do asses the means between two groups for-profit and non-profit organisations and i want to check out if there are significant difference across various variables such as return on assets (ROA)....
how do i test this? my H0 in case of ROA is that: The ROA is greater for Profit companies than for Non profit companies"
Could you do that in SPSS for all the variables in green separated in the two groups of profit and Non-Profit? Also i would need some simple explanations so i could replicate the work if needed.
I am not sure how to do this do you need to change the data set ?
dont you need the same sample size?
Does it matter that you have such scattered data with multiple entry's fr one firm across time ?
i have attached the data set to the post.
How long would you need?
Looking forward to your bids
