I am working at X company where we have 4 different plants Pump house 1 (PH1), Pump house 2 (PH2), Sea island (SI) , and Terminal north (TN). Each plant has an OME team where they have some inspection work sheets(IWS) in three different types mechanical , electrical, and civil to close every year. The below is 2019 IWS data (From our inspection unit at ERT)
