IT - Creating a File Server - Montreal / Gatineau

Need to create a file server with the following requirements:
- Share files across different computers
- Has to be secured and safe from viruses
- Most be backed up
- Has to be accessible from outside of the local network
- Has to be used directly from the file explorer (not downloading and uploading file to a web platfom)
- Must be usable on mac and windows and *mobile*
- Needs individual access for each employee with customizable folder access
We currently have an SMB file sever hosted on a local machine with VPN access for the exterior, but we don't have individual accesses with customizable accesses. It can be based off of what is already in place.
