I already have a detailed architectural layout for a mixed-use basement and ground-level bungalow and now need to turn that drawing set into a fully engineered steel frame. The structure relies on I-beams, square hollow sections and composite decking sheets; I need the exact sizes, thicknesses and spacing of each member and, wherever sensible, guidance on more economical or readily available steel grades. You will be working from my DWG/PDF files and may use the analysis software you are most comfortable with—STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, Robot, or similar—as long as the final package is easy for my local authority and fabricator to review. Deliverables • Dimensioned 2D structural drawings (DWG + PDF) showing every beam, pipe and decking sheet with section size, grade and centre-to-centre spacing • A short design note or calculation pack explaining the loading assumptions and code checks • A brief walk-through call or recorded screen share so I can relay the logic to my builder The task is complete when the drawings are ready for permitting and any follow-up clarification questions have been resolved.
