Your ESG and Sustainability training programme deserves a French-speaking professional who combines economic rigour with genuine subject-matter depth and localization sensitivity. I am Dr. Mounir El Aoufir, digital growth consultant, PhD in Economics, with extensive experience in business analysis, sustainability frameworks, and technical writing in both French and English, having worked with clients across Europe and Africa on economic policy, growth strategy, and professional education content. For the IBOSD Skill Certificate in ESG and Sustainability, I will review and technically enhance the existing English learner manual, verify alignment with current ESG standards and frameworks, and produce a precise French localization that reads naturally for francophone professionals rather than as a translated document. Could you share the existing manual's scope and the specific ESG frameworks your programme is aligned with so I can confirm the best approach?

ESG FRENCH – IBOSD The part of your brief I'd start from is section 4: Learning Outcomes → content → applied skills → activities → assessment. Most 40-hour programmes fail there, not on terminology — an "apply"-level outcome backed by "describe"-level content. That alignment review is my core skill; fixing the English master first is also what makes the French pass safe. Your points: Amul R, India. Qualification: graduate degree plus a two-year national teaching fellowship. ESG: no professional ESG role; working knowledge of GRI, IFRS S1/S2, ESRS/CSRD and the GHG Protocol from content work; every framework claim is verified against the standard's own text. Course development: several years building competency-based training and assessment content at scale, with LO/assessment mapping and Bloom's alignment. English: professional native level. French: professional working level, not native; a native French technical reviewer reads every rewritten passage in Milestones 3–4. Post-editing: yes, machine-translated training content, Track Changes. Completion: 5 weeks across the four milestones. I accept the USD 1,000 fixed fee and will take the shortlisting test. Within the fee I'll add a module-by-module LO/assessment alignment matrix and a reusable French terminology base. I do this full time, so I deliver 10x faster and 5x lesser in cost.

ESG FRENCH – IBOSD I am highly interested in supporting IBOSD’s 40-hour Skill Certificate in ESG & Sustainability as an ESG technical reviewer, course developer, and English-French localisation specialist. My experience includes developing and reviewing research-intensive professional content where technical accuracy, authoritative sourcing, terminology consistency, and practical applicability are essential. For this project, I will conduct a structured technical review of the English master against relevant GRI Standards, IFRS S1/S2, ESRS/CSRD, GHG Protocol, ISO guidance, and applicable sustainability assurance requirements. I will identify outdated or unsupported statements, strengthen technically weak sections, review materiality, GHG accounting, reporting, governance, transition planning, KPIs, greenwashing and assurance content, and verify alignment between Learning Outcomes, activities, workplace competencies, and assessments. For the French version, I will perform line-by-line technical post-editing against the approved English master, correcting mistranslations, terminology, grammar, omissions, literal AI constructions, and inconsistencies so the final material reads as professional ESG training content rather than machine translation. I can also provide Track Changes, a prioritised gap analysis, bilingual QA, and consistent English\-French ESG glossary.
