Must have 3 or more years of experience providing technical support.
You must be able to work at least 5 days a week. 8 hours per day and be available via email, phone and other preferred instant messaging programs (msn, Skype, etc).

* Expert in cPanel , Plesk, Enzim , DirectAdmin and servers without control panels.
* Experienced with VPS(Virtuozzo), OpenVZ, XEN, VmWare.
* Server Monitoring, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Administration
* Install / Upgrade / Update System & Security Softwares
* Manage DNS, Email and Web servers
* Maintain Database servers (MySql, Postgray SQL) Backup / Restore / Troubleshoot
* Ability to work with ticket systems
* Ability to work under stress
* Excellent knowledge of Linux and trouble shooting
* Very good knowledge of windows Servers and trouble shooting
