Move files and databases from Dedicated Server

First you will be provided VPN access to a server. Then, using a provided shell account and password, access the dedicated server hosted by Rackspace from which you will download approximately 30GB of files. From this server you will also need to backup and save the SQL databases. You will then use FTP to upload the files to another server. You will be given access to a MySQL database into which you will also be importing the above SQL databases. This project shouldn't take very long at all for someone who knows what they're doing with servers.
