This project is being relisted due to being let down by an inexperienced programmer, please do not bid on this project unless you are serious and have the skills to complete the job.

A lot of pre built CMS's have many of these features built in and may just need editing We are happy to use existing code that you have already created as long as the project meets our requirements.

We are wanting an article submission/directory with a separate web directory and forum attached to it, This is going to be a community focused website
