I have purchased a dell T320 (see attachment). I need to get the software and the server online, and connected in a way I can have other user CAL connect to the server from the field. I need information exchanged from the device to the server. I really don't know how to achieve my goals. I am trying to plan ahead and get someone to help me if any issues should arise. Now I don't know if its coming assembled complete with software installed or not. Delivery date is April 23rd the latest.

Now get you Online with me remote. Tell me how to connect the server so I can connect over WAN with tablets and phones. What do I need?
Connect all te software, import pricing from rsmean cost data. and set something up where I can drop a revised database every three months.
Set planswift up to connect with rsmeans data and build templates of assemblies. Connect planswift with sage 100 contractor which is project management/ document management/pricing estimator. Take sage data and export and imports data to/from quickbooks premiere.
Get online with vpn or static ip??? will 30mb down and 6up be enough for five users at a time?
I need to connect one program to another is a series like this and im told with a little effort all of these programs will work seamlessly together.

I have purchased support with all of these software packages for installation so if we get stuck.
This is an on call basis, which more than likely going to be more than less.
