Slow Windows SBS2011 Server needs fixing

Our client has a SBS 2011 server running approximately 6 users and Exchange.
The server itself is a few months old and has 32GB of RAM. However, it is painfully slow to the point that users are unable to save files on the network, nor are we able to log into the server via RDP. This seems to happen every hour on the hour.
I suspect the log files require cleaning out as well as any old updates. I can give you Teamviewer access to this server to diagnose and fix the issue.
