Job Description:
Do you work in IT Support with Windows server and desktop, M365, macOS and Linux? QNAP and Synology NAS' experience are a bonus.
We are looking for an all-round techie to test our backup software and report issues \ bugs to our forum. This is so that our support staff and get experience working with issues in the wild.
The project will be for approx. 2 hours a week on an ongoing basis.
