Configuration & Administration of Avast Business Managed Workplace RMM (previously AVG Managed Workplace RMM)

I have an IT Solutions and IT Support Company and have implemented a Remote Management and Monitoring Solution that automates the administration, patching and monitoring of client servers, computers and mobile devices called Avast Business Managed Workplace (previously known as AVG Managed Workplace). I haven't the time at present to completely go through and set up Avast Managed Workplace RMM for my existing clients (only 2 at present). I require someone I can trust and develop an ongoing partnership with who can take on the system and network administration of the RMM platform, set it up correctly, administrator it and have it generate alerts and reports when required. I will be the primary person that will respond to alerts, but you will be responsible for pro-active maintenance of the Platform and the system it is monitoring. Ideally you will have done all the technical training for Avast Managed Workplace and have the relevant certifications proving your knowledge of this platform. I am seeking a long-term partnership with the right person who is prepared to develop trust and integrity. Access to the platform is via the internet so this role is not location specific and can be done anywhere in the world, all you need is a decent internet connection. Initially you will work about 20 hours a month (5 hours a week), with the possibility of this increasing these hours and money you can earn as I get more clients. Please ensure you have read the project information and include your systems/network experience, certifications, experience with AVG/Avast Managed Workplace RMM (or similar products) and your availability in your submission. Please note, due to the highly competitive IT market in Australia, US and UK you will not be permitted to work for other organisations who are in direct competition with myself. As a result you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Engagement and a Memorandum of Understanding that will have clear guidelines on how you are able to engage with myself.
