Mikrotik Router OS Setup and Configure Dual Wan and Firewall

oneUpgrading from Cisco Dual Wan to a Mikrotik Cloud Core 36 running Router OS (want future SFP and capability) on our small office network. Would like some versed in this to do initial Dual wan with fall over and firewall setup. Have ATT and Xfinity lines and modems. Will need to get onto a dedicated Windows 10 machiner (multi Lanso can have multiple connections to lans and switches), and set up Router (Winbox or by ip interface) and then switch it from [login to view URL] to our [login to view URL] network as DHCP and Gateway. Not sure if this is doable remotely via Anydesk or similar but putting it out as project. I can be available to switch cabling and lan etc as needed but needs to be early morning EDT – Miami or after 7 PM – this SUNDAY also great since office closed and can work on it.
Once we get initial line setup you can swap access and take your time for the final setup. Have Windows 2019 network server and 15 devices – 2 Netgear switches with SFP capability get fed from the new router
