Relocate Mysql DB to another host

Hi, I have just moved from godaddy hosting to another webhosting provider. I have a mysql db and a website but when loading in the new hosting provider it does not work, but it works on godaddy. They are both mysql5, I need someone to look at it and get the site running for me Can only pay max $20.00 US for this, as it should be a fairly simple project. Also I need this to be done and completed with the site working in the next 2 hours If your up for a quick project and you have a proven track record with extensive sql knowledge feel free to bid thankyou
