We need full time tech support for Web Hosting.
MUST be able to manage servers, email issues, IP blocks, SSL Certs, domain registrations, billing, invoice issues, and whatever else a client needs.
Sometimes, it will require the use of LiveChat and TeamViewer remote connect to resolve client issues.
This could lead to a FULL TIME position (in USA Time Zone) that requires oversight of a tech support team and senior knowledge of WHM, WHMCS, Apache, cPanel servers - dedicated and VPS.
Ability to work during EST business hours, use email, Slack, and ticketing system is required. Fluent English is needed as well as the ability to manage tasks and follow up when required.
If you can think for yourself and creatively, even better.
This will be a mostly independent role with you working from home/wherever.
We try to use Slack for all internal communications, but also rely on email, Skype, etc. And LastPass for Password sharing.
This is a long term ongoing project.
