Fix Nextcloud Data Folder Issues

Here’s what I need from you: • Diagnose the root cause of the permission problems in the data directory and apply the correct ownership/ACL settings so the web server and clients can read-write without compromising security. • Track down why sync conflicts are generated, resolve any corrupt file-cache entries, and confirm that bidirectional syncing is clean on Windows, macOS, Linux and Android clients. • Provide a short, step-by-step summary of the fixes you applied so I can keep the system healthy after you’re done. I’ll give you SSH access to the server plus admin credentials inside Nextcloud. The job is considered complete when permissions are stable, no new conflict files appear after repeated test syncs, and all users can upload, download and share without errors.
