Ongoing CA Compliance Services

I run a private limited company and I’m looking to place all statutory compliance work in the hands of a certified Chartered Accountant who operates in a systematic, deadline-driven manner. The engagement covers: • ITR filing for the company each year • Complete, accurate TDS compliance and remittance • Timely ROC filings and any related MCA forms Account books must stay orderly and ready for inspection at any time, so I expect you to maintain them continuously and flag issues well before a due date. A concise bi-weekly progress note—highlighting what has been filed, what is in draft, and any data still needed from my side—will keep us both aligned. I’m flexible on the choice of accounting software, provided the final ledgers and reports are shareable and compliant with Indian regulatory standards. Deliverables will be considered complete when filings are accepted by the respective portals and digital acknowledgements are shared with me.
