We are looking for a talented customer support agent to help us in empowering poor communities in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
We developed PaygOps, a last-mile distribution platform, that allows the million of people unbanked access to Pay-as-you-go (leasing) assets to lift them out of poverty. We are supporting clean electricity & cooking and sanitation & transportation solutions, among other examples, all across the Globe.
The software is a specialized product that facilitates the work of distributors in the field and gives super-powers to agents on the ground managing clients and automating a lot of unnecessary tasks. Working with telecom companies, clients are able to repay their loans by small installments that they can afford (microcredit scheme), using their mobile money account.
We are looking for someone with :
- Previous strong experience dealing with Customer requests and that has a strong sens of customer satisfaction
- Strong IT knowledge background with good understanding of SaaS business, products and services
- Good trouble shooting skills and ability to find solutions by his/her own
- Previous knowledge using freshdesk or any Helpdesk tools
- Understanding of mobile money business and services is a plus
- Potential French skill
What will you contribute to?
- Managing basic requests from clients about PaygOps usage and potential issues, together with the PaygOps Customer success and product teams
- Providing front line support to clients in a timely manner and until resolution and making sure SLAs are respected
- Assist in trouble shooting potential basic telecom integration issues and other third party softwares potentially in relation with the initial product
- Basic technical set-up actions if necessary
- Participate in product documentation as product is being developed, making sure product knowledge base is up to date
