Writing a detailed business documentation for my website

Dear freelancers,

I have recently developed my social networking website at [url removed, login to view] and I am requesting for a writer/ IT person to write a full documentation on my website. This documentation should include a standard professional business template for me to showcase to my prospective clients. My main objective here is to allow potential sponsors to understand the value of my website perfectly and thus, pump in money for advertising and offer me products lower than market price to be auction inside my website.

The main benefit for them could be exposure of their products to the whole community and able to sell off their left over inventories using our group buy auction.

[url removed, login to view] is a social network community for fish hobbyist to gather and at the same time, it comprises of 3 important core features.

1. Social network similar to facebook

2. Penny auction for members to post their 2nd hand products to sell.

3. Groupon auction whereby members gather and bid for products on discounts when there is a successful groupbuy.

My objective for this documentation

1. To allow all potential vendors to understand the whole business model and system features and thus trigger them to invest some money for either advertising or sponsoring our website in maintaining our operation cost

2. To convince vendors to provide us with discounted products to sell in our auction system and to give us special discounted rates to auction these products.

3. To buy advertising space from our website to host their banners.

I would need a Business IT person who has excellent writing skills in native english to help me write a detailed documentation on my website.

This would include all the overview, features, business proposal based on the above objectives. The documentation must be of high standard and presentable with screen shots throughout the whole system to allow vendors to fully understand all the features with a business agenda behind them.

I am a business IT graduate myself and due to my commitment to run the website, I am unable to put in dedicate attention to the documentation, I would therefore require a Business IT or with similar forte experts here to write up my business proposal.

I do not want to dictate on how many pages the write up should be because this is NOT a school project and it is a REAL business proposal and documentation of how my business model works. Therefore, it would be the call of the expert to decide how to deliver this documentation to me.

I would provide you with the user guide for the penny auction feature and Groupon! feature hopefully if I manage to get it from the software company.

I hope I have explained myself clearly and look forward to Business IT/ excellent english writing people to deliver a professional documentation for me.
