2 months TRIAL– moving onto Full Time. Once Full time is established, you will be required to utilize our CRM. To start we will require 3 outbound & 2 inbound agents with job sharing Web Chat and Email Response.
Full conversation recording of all inbound and outbound calls with listening-in capabilities on demand.
First month – USA EST – 7am-7pm
Second month – USA EST – 7am-7pm PLUS AUST EST 7am-7pm
Full Time - Ongoing – 24hr GLOBAL – additional agents required.
Live outbound sales and support - Live order taking, offering customers consistent service delivery and unmatched customer service.
Do you actively produce service that enhances your customer's level of satisfaction, with the aim of going beyond their expectations? Are you well trained for handling such calls, taking orders and can additionally even up-sell or cross-sell in the process.
Experienced and trained to market and sell additional products and services with higher value levels than those currently being purchased or subscribed to by the customer.
Services for assisting our customers in solving specific problems associated with a particular product. Answer common inquiries about products or services.

We will offer an initial weekly payment of $80USD per week, per agent (inc 1-2 weeks training). After the 2 mths trial and we are happy with the success of the project – we will offer a higher rate or additional commission on sales.
