We are a U.S. Based company that offers various financial services for businesses, ranging from Credit Card processing to prepaid wireless top up services.
• Looking for outbound calling Retention Specialist
• Center will be provided with a weekly and monthly detail report of customers information including sales reports and inactive merchants.
• You will be contacting our customers and finding out solutions to keep their business.
Please note 50% of our customers speak SPANISH ONLY and the rest ENGLISH! YOU MUST HAVE BILINGUAL STAFF!
Process starts from initiating contact with client, asking why they have stop using our service and find a solution to retain customers.
This project will be on going you will be contacting 30-50 customers a month and will need to provide us with detail report of problem and a solution for each customer.
