You will be setting appointments for our team of Project Managers. There is NO SELLING in this, however you must be able to overcome objections. We are setting appointments to discuss purchasing something from the prospect. 90%+ of the prospects in our leads database own what you are calling about and are interested in selling it.
1st Call - Validate prospect data and qualify prospect has the 'something' for sale. If prospect is qualified you will send them a short document to complete about their 'something' for sale (by email or fax, automated via our web based CRM).
2nd Call - (3 days after first call) If a prospect does not return the questionaire you may follow up. For prospects who have returned the questionaire you will set an appointment for them to speak to one of our project managers. Flexible appointment times (you are basically offering them a day and their choice of morning or afternoon).
We will pay for BOOKED APPOINTMENTS. $5 per appointment.
BONUS - FOr every transaction we complete with the prospect you will receive a $100 bonus. We currently have approximately 40% closure rate. The transaction usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete from first call. You could make $500 per week working less than full time.
Skype accounts provided with calling plans. All leads provided. You will be working from our web based CRM. Everything is automated.
WE WILL BE VERY SELECTIVE in who we hire.
Persons selected who complete our 5 hour training process will receive a $50 bonus.
UPDATE: To streamline the interview process. It is requested that all candidates submit a short audio file of them reading the following script:
"Hello, may I speak with Mr. Johnson? Good day Mr. Johnson this is <YOUR NAME> from Allister-White. The reason for my call today is to see if you still own...."
Send an audio file speaking that message (as you would during a live call) and attach.
